The client struggled in obtaining planning permission due to doubts of the development going ahead. The strategic approach was to invest in the development branding prior to gaining planning permission in a bid to convince Chelmsford Council of the developer's intentions.

The new brand, shaped by thorough research with local estate agents, strategically uses colors, typography, and a logo based on psychological indicators to visually communicate with the audience and reflect modern, high-quality development.
